Navigating Your Resources: Overview of the Bookshelf

This product overview shows the format for most G-W products, but this specific KBA focuses on Hospitality Services, 2025.

Your Hospitality Services bookshelf will include the Online Textbook, Digital Companion, Workbook, and Instructor Resources.

Online Textbook – The Online Textbook will be available to Secondary (middle/high school) students on their shared bookshelf account and Instructor accounts.

Digital Companion - The digital companion contains a glossary of review and practice activities including flash cards, matching activities, vocabulary games, and review guides specific to the chapters.

Workbook - The Workbook activities provide students with an opportunity for self-assessment as content is presented. The Workbook Assignments Page will open and you will be able to download a copy of the Review and Activities for each chapter by selecting the link to the left of each part. These files will download as a .DOCX file.

Instructor Resources - The instructor resources contains all of your instructor materials including presentations and chapter specific materials. You will also find your assessment software and question pool downloads here.
