Navigating Your Resources: Troubleshooting Activities
This product overview shows the format for most G-W products, but this specific KBA focuses on Modern Refrigeration and Air Conditioning, 2025.
In your Online Instructor Resources Suite, you will find additional resources, select Troubleshooting Activities.
It will bring you to the list of all Troubleshooting Activities.
Once you select one of the activities. You will be brought to the activity instructions. Select Next once you have read instructions. Note: Instructions per activity will be different.
Service Call will describe the customer and what is happening. Select Next.
Customer Interview is a short video of a customer and technician talking about the issue. Select Next.
Initial Inspection describes what is happening and what it looks like with images. Select Next.
Will go into troubleshooting questions. Answer accordingly.
If you get it correct it will let you know if you get it incorrect it will tell you why. There may be multiple questions based on your responses.
Your Score will be shown and the option to Review Quiz or Print Results.
