General Troubleshooting:

Please start by doing the following:

• Refresh the page.
• Confirm that you have activated your subscription again using the LTI 1.3 tool. All users will need to activate their subscription, even if they have activated using LTI 1.1 previously.
• Try using a different Internet browser.
• Confirm that your browser is properly configured using the settings in our
  How do I enable 3rd-party cookies? guide.

403/502/508 Error: The tool is not properly configured, or an additional G-W LTI tool is present in the course. Please confirm that only the G-W LTI 1.3 tool is present in the course, and that it matches the documentation sent by the G-W Digital Solutions Team.
 

Learning Management Specific Troubleshooting:

Blackboard:

• If you were using the G-W LTI 1.1 tool previously, it will need to be removed for the LTI 1.3 tool to function properly.

Canvas:

• If you were using the G-W LTI 1.1 tool previously, it will need to be removed for the LTI 1.3 tool to function properly.
• Confirm that your placements are properly configured at the site level and that it is visible to the course by going to Setting --> Apps --> App Configuration, select the information icon next to the G-W tool, and select placements. Placements need to include Link Selection. 
• In the course, go to Setting --> Apps --> App Configuration, and confirm that only one G-W LTI tool is present in the course. Please note that an additional tool is added with the initial import of the common cartridge and will need to be removed.

D2L Brightspace:

• Both LTI 1.1 and LTI 1.3 tools can be present in the platform, and should not cause interference.
