Blackboard Administrators will need to configure G-W’s LTI 1.1 tool in Blackboard Ultra. Instructors will not have the permissions to add the LTI.
 

Blackboard Administrators will have the permissions to set up the LTI Tool at the site-level. Please refer to the Integration PDF sent with the common cartridge (.imscc) file from G-W Support for the LTI Tool Configuration information.

1. From the Global Navigation Menu, select Admin to access the Administrator Panel.
   
    
2. Under the Integration section, select LTI Tool Providers.
   
    
3. Select Register LTI 1.1 Provider.
   
    
4. Complete the required fields under Provider Domain Status using the Integration PDF sent with the common cartridge (.imscc) file by G-W Support.
   1. Provider Domain: www.g-wonlinetextbooks.com
   2. Provider Domain Status: Approved
5. Enter additional information under Default Configuration using the information on the Integration PDF.
   1. Default Configuration: Set globally
   2. Tool Provider Key, Tool Provider Secret, and Tool Provider Custom Parameters: These can all be copied and pasted from the LTI Tool Configuration section of the Integration PDF.
6. Enter additional information under Institution Policies using the information on the Integration PDF.
   
   1.  Send User Data: Send user data only over SSL
   2. User Fields to Send: Select Role in Course, Name, and Email Address
   3. Allow Membership Service Access: No
7. Select Submit to save.
