Whether you are a student or an instructor using a Learning Management System (LMS) such as Blackboard, Canvas, Schoology, etc. or G-W Online Textbooks, many content access issues can be resolved easily by one or a combination of the following steps:

  1. Use a recommended web browser, listed in order of best experience:
    • Google Chrome
    • Mozilla Firefox
    • Microsoft Edge
  2. Clear your browser's cookies and cache. For help with that, refer to our support article on clearing cookies: https://support.g-w.com/kb/section/10/
  3. Confirm that 3rd-party cookies are allowed:
    • Chrome - Settings > Security and Privacy > Cookies and other site data > Set to Allow all cookies or Block third-party cookies in Incognito
    • Firefox - Settings > Privacy & Security > Set Browser Privacy to Standard
    • iPad/iPhone - Settings App > Safari > Prevent Cross-Site Tracking > Toggle Off
    • iPad/iPhone - Settings App > Chrome > Allow Cross-Website Tracking > Toggle On
    • Edge - Settings > Cookies and site permissions > Cookies and site permissions
      • Allow sites to save and read cookie data > On
      • Block third-party cookies > Off
  4. Restart or reboot the device. If you are using a device that you are unable to restart/reboot, try accessing your content on a different device.

Once you have performed these steps, you should be able to access your content. If you are still experiencing issues, please contact Technical Support - https://www.g-w.com/open-ticket
