How to Convert a CCL Sample Cartridge to a CCL Purchased Cartridge in Moodle

Since the Common Cartridge previously provided was a sample, it does not allow for the appropriate number of students and instructors to activate subscriptions for the duration of the contract. To update the cartridge, you or your systems administrator will need to update the activation links within the course with the new URLs as indicated below.

1. Log in to your Moodle account and select a course.
    
2. Select "Turn editing on."
   
    
3. Under Resources, select Edit to the right of INSTRUCTOR-Activate Your Subscription. Then select Edit settings.
   
    
4. Delete the current URL. (This is the URL for the sample cartridge instructor activations.)
   
    
5. Replace the current URL with the URL sent via email from G-W Support upon purchase of the Full Access cartridge under Link Name: INSTRUCTOR-Activate Your Subscription.
   
    
6. Once the new link has been pasted into the URL field below, select Save and return to course.
   
    
7. Under Resources, select Edit to the right of Activate Your Subscription. Then select Edit settings.
   
    
8. Delete the current URL. (This is the URL for the sample cartridge student activations.)
   
    
9. Replace the current URL with the URL sent via email from G-W Support upon purchase of the Full Access cartridge under Link Name: Activate Your Subscription.
   
    
10. Once the new link has been pasted into the URL field below, select Save and return to course.
    
     
11. Now instructors can activate their subscription and be sure to Publish the Activate Your Subscription for students to activate their subscription.
